HOPE
Hope is an anchor. It’s an important ingredient of the soul.
Hope helps overcome the most intimidating and complex of circumstances.
It helps navigate life transitions, stress and burn out, parenting and family issues, alienation, isolation, bullying and rivalry. Hope is a powerful tool to combat anger, anxiety and depression.


HELP
I offer grace based individual and group counselling services to adults, couples, and families. My goal is to help you increase your sense of well-being. I make use of GBCBT (Grace Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Impact Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Psycho educational training is also offered to groups of 20 participants : Mindful Marriage, Mindful Mondays, and Mindful Parenting.
HEALING
It takes time and commitment to develop coping skills needed to respond well to hurt, loss, grief and uncertainties. Healing occurs when we learn to accept what we cannot change and develop courage to change the things we can. Counselling sessions aim to foster relational and emotional wisdom.

BLESSED
Do you struggle? Are you hurt? Torn to choose between two, three or more difficult directions? Confused? Be encouraged to take that first small step towards a solution — by picking up the phone or sending an email. It’s true: the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. It’s also true of the healing journey. For many, a few counselling sessions prove to be helpful steps towards healing from any kind of hurt. Loss. Grief. Anger. Depression. Anxiety. Betrayal. Infidelity. Abuse of any kind – physical, sexual or emotional. Bullying. It takes courage to walk the healing path. Be encouraged to know and realize that no one needs to walk this path alone. In fact, ‘… you are blessed when you get your inside world – your mind and heart – put right…’ (Jesus – Mt. 5:8).
